"Canceling Felt Like a Whole Event"
I’ll be honest, I liked a few things about the service, but trying to cancel my account was such a ridiculous hassle. I thought I’d just click a button and be done in two minutes, but nope, suddenly I’m dealing with forms, waiting around, and wondering if I accidentally signed up for a lifetime commitment. It felt like they made it way harder than it needed to be, which totally ruined the experience for me at the end.

I remember being a little annoyed with myself because I ordered the wrong things from melaleuca.com and figured the return might turn into a whole ordeal. From what I can recall, though, it ended up being straightforward.
I reached out to them, and they gave me clear instructions on what to do next. There wasn’t any back-and-forth that felt unnecessary, and I don’t remember having to wait forever for a response either.
The refund came through sooner than I expected, which left a good impression on me. Looking back, it was one of the easier return experiences I’ve had, so I wouldn’t feel nervous ordering again

"Quick help, but I felt a little misled"
I had a small issue with my order and ended up reaching out to customer service. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and fixed it without making a whole big thing out of it, which I really appreciated. I was expecting to wait a lot longer, so that part was a nice surprise. Still, I did feel a bit misled by how things were presented at first, so the order issue was frustrating. Glad they made it easy to sort out in the end

I’ve tried a few of the cleaners and vitamins, they’ve been decent. Nothing super life-changing, but they do what they’re supposed to do, and shipping has been faster than I expected most of the time, which is always nice.
The part that bugs me is the whole membership setup. Having to order every month or hit certain points gets annoying fast, especially when I don’t actually need anything new sitting in my cabinet. Canceling also felt like it had more steps than it needed to, because of course it did. It’s not a terrible experience overall, but I’d say it’s probably not for everyone.

"Wish I’d Compared Prices First"
Overall, it’s good for what you pay, and I did feel like I got decent value. I just kind of regret not looking around a bit more because a few of the items felt more expensive than they should’ve been.

"Honestly, it works for us"
I know some people are skeptical about Melaleuca, but I’ve tried a few of their products now and they’ve actually worked well for me. The cleaning spray gets my kitchen clean without me having to scrub forever, and the laundry detergent has handled my kids’ clothes just fine, which is saying something. I’m not saying it’s some miracle or anything, but the stuff does what it says and I keep using it. I’ve been happy with it overall.

I’m not exactly an expert or anything, but the ingredients do seem mostly safe to me, which I appreciate. I just wish the labels were a little easier to read because I’m sure I’d feel even better about it if I could understand everything at a glance.

"Good selection, and honestly I can’t blame anyone but myself"
Melaleuca has a solid mix of stuff, from cleaning products to vitamins and bath items, which I really like because I don’t have to bounce around to a bunch of different places. Some of the products do feel a little repetitive, but that’s probably on me too because I keep clicking through everything and overthinking the choices. Overall, the selection is good and it’s easy to find what I need

"My skin is definitely looking better"
I’ve been using these skincare products for a few weeks now, and I have to say my skin does feel a lot less dry. It’s not some overnight miracle, and I do think the price is a bit on the higher side, but I can actually see and feel a difference. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
My order actually got here quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I was expecting to wait around for a while, like one of those packages that just sits in limbo for days, or says “label created” forever, or randomly shows up after you’ve stopped checking. The only small thing was the tracking took a bit to update, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was at first. But once it arrived, I was happy with the delivery time overall.

"Decent products, but a bit hit or miss"
I tried a few things some of them worked well. But a couple of items felt like they cost more than they should for the quality. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of mixed for me. I really wanted to love everything, so I felt a little disappointed in the end.

I’m really cautious about trying new soaps or cleaners because my skin reacts badly to a lot of stuff, so I was a little nervous ordering from melaleuca. I started slow and paid attention to how my skin felt, and so far I haven’t had any rash, itching, or irritation from the products I tried, which is a huge relief for me.
The website was simple to use, and my order showed up without any issues. I’m giving it 5 stars because finding products that feel safe for my sensitive skin is not easy, and these have worked well for me so far. I’ll definitely keep using them, but I’ll probably still test anything new carefully like I always do

I’ve been using these cleaning products for a few months now, and they’ve been really good. I’m usually rushing around trying to get the bathroom and kitchen cleaned fast, so I like that the bathroom cleaner gets soap scum off without a ton of scrubbing. The kitchen cleaner smells nice too, but not in an overpowering way. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Monthly order has been working out well"
I wasn’t totally sure about signing up for a monthly order at first (I don’t always love commitments like that), but we go through enough stuff each month that it’s been fine. It’s easy to keep up with, and I’ve liked most of the things I’ve ordered so far

"Pricing needs to be way more upfront"
The products themselves are fine, but figuring out the actual price was more annoying than it should’ve been. I had to click around a bunch just to understand what I’d really be paying, especially with the membership costs. When I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned apologies that doesn’t really answer anything. Just show the full cost clearly before checkout and save everyone the hassle.

"Mostly Right, But One Mix-Up"
I ordered a few of my usual items from melaleuca, and for the most part everything showed up just fine. One product came in the wrong scent though, which was a little frustrating. Was it the end of the world? No. But who really wants to spend extra time contacting support over something that should’ve been checked before shipping? Delivery itself was fine, I just wish the order had been looked over a bit more carefully
