"3 month expiration on loyalty $ is painful."
Like any other company, one needs to read the ingredients before buying. Some products have good ingredients and some don't pass my criteria. I don't care for the new loyalty dollar program with "free shipping" They bury expired dollars into used dollars to hide that they are taking dollars away from you because you are a day late! There are a handful of products that I really like that I order frequently and some that I order infrequently when needed. It can be very challenging to meet their minimums and now these even higher amounts to get "free shipping" with loyalty dollars that expire in 3 months. I have been a Melaleuca customer for around 10 years.

"ZERO stars. Pyramid-type scam business and overpriced!"
You have to use a minimum amount of points of products EVERY month or it's auto sent to you. Plan on spending at least $65/month. Vitamins/Minerals have added fillers that are not good. Watch videos to earn cash deduction of purchase only to have it subtracted from points, SO then you have to buy more. Packaging is horrible. Over-priced products! Want to buy handsoap? Remember to buy the pump! You have to buy it separately! They claim products to be natural but they are all not. They offer no non-aerol hairspray. They claim to be an all USA company but the do business with buying from non-usa companies. (See pic.) AWFUL cancelation procedure: Contact your rep., get a link, print out and fill out form, sign, scan and send by email or fax back to company, wait for confirmation reply. Geesh!

"They lost our business!"
We had to stop our preferred ordering plan because they kept getting rid of the things we used and needed most. My husband did well on the products for like 6 years, and he barely had any issues with his asthma during that time. But the body wash they changed too for men, was junk. My husband totally dislikes the new 3 in 1 personal care for men. They changed the toothpaste, and so many other things and they were no longer a good fit for us anymore. Their customer service reps are the best though, and they kept letting higher-ups know that we need the products they got rid of. But it didn't do any good. My husband warned them if this continued they would lose our business and we ordered over $100 a month.

"Best company ever!"
I've been shopping with Melaleuca for three years. I love the products. I found it by mistake during the pandemic and I am so happy to be shopping here. I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals in my products. No safety caps for my granddaughter, so I don't have to worry about poison control. My son cleared up his chronic gastritis with the gut health bundle and his eczema and I am no longer on a beta blocker for sinus tachycardia and PVCs. My cardiologist approved the vitamins. Those peak performance vitamins are life I highly recommend shopping from the store and now they have black Angus premium beef. I just put in an order for that and I don't have to worry about hormones or anabiotic's, or anything being put in my meat. It's really nice to know I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals or ingredients that are going to hurt me and my family shopping from the store.

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE."
Placed order 2/28/23. Was never delivered. Talked to several people. Told me I had to wait 10 days. They supposedly sent another one. Never rec'd. Neither was shipped. I tried to do a refund through UPS. They never rec'd the pkg. Told me they couldn't refund my money. Finally Matt tells me they will but it will take up to 10 days to get the refund which is another lie. Bank says as soon as they send it, it will show as pending in my account. Never rec'd refund. Called today 4/4/23 spoke with Jence. They can't refund money electronically but have sent a check out on 3/28/23. Still haven't rec'd it. This company is not reputable. I'm also seeing that their products that are harmful. I thought they were an all natural company. I've been lied to for 4 years. I closed my account and was helping my daughter so she didn't have to order so much product. Not worth the money. Surely there are reputable companies out there. I hope you don't get screwed by them.

I had one friend cancel for personal reasons, she simply called into customer service and canceled her account in 2 minutes with no issue. Super easy process and she can rejoin at anytime with no penalty! 👏

"After 2 years we absolutely love and trust Melaleuca"
We have been preferred members for almost 2 years and love it! There are so may lies on the internet but to clear up a few as of now (2023) Melaleuca is not an MLM and it's easy to cancel. We save so much money shopping there and are blessed by the products and the community. Highly recommend, we will be customers for life.

It is not a "pyramid scheme"(which are illegal) i think people mean MLM and it is not that either. They do not greenwash and have incredibly responsive Customer Service that helps with your account and can answer product, ingredient, and labeling questions,
Charging CC's - they will continue to charge you for backup orders if you do not cancel or membership (again super easy to cancel) but you very clearly agree to this when you sign up (this is not unlike any company that charges monthly (hello pecock or hello fresh or butcher box) we all know this is very common in the current marketplace.

"NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH"
I was a member for a couple years. I hate the way they do business so I cancelled my subscription and used my daughters to help her get the points you have to have monthly or your penalized. You're penalized if you don't buy by the 15th of every month. When you do and try to use your loyalty dollars, you're penalized again and have to order more product to make your 35 points. I'm now waiting on my 2/28/23 order that supposedly shipped on March 2nd. I was told I had to wait 10 days and if it doesn't get to me by then they will re-order. They re-ordered on 3/13/23 and as of 3/22/23 still no product. There site says a label was created so instead of them trying to check into it they keep your money and make you wait yet another 10-15 days. Both times I tried to filed a claim with UPS but they never received the package so I'm screwed with that. They refuse to refund my $90. I will never order from them again and will be reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General's office because of their poor business procedures. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!

I have been shopping here at Melaleuca for over 17 years. I have enjoyed all of the experience and find myself healthier now than I was 17 years ago. I believe their products have helped my husband Immensely while he went through cancer surgery, Aneurism Surgery and many other procedures. Their prices are affordable, compared to other healthy, clean, and natural ingredient products, and they deliver quickly. The customer service has always been more than fair when there has been an issue.

Love this store, the Peak performance vitamins helped my husband lower his cholesterol by over 80 points, my son no longer complains about itchy skin from laundry soap and I love that I found a safer, better quality shop club for a great price. I'm shocked at the reviews saying it was hard to close or suspend their accts. you just write it on a piece of paper and upload it from your phone right into your account. They need to talk to the people who set up their account, it's so easy.

"Amazing company"
I will miss being a member of this online shopping club. I had to cancel due to inflation taking my money in other areas of life, utilities, gas, food, etc. I will definitely reinstate my membership when I am better able to organize my finances and of course if inflation ever comes down. Their products are amazing! I've never had a problem with customer service. If you don't like a product, you call and they will refund or send you something else to try. My membership was cancelled successfully through email. There were no issues there. Give this company a try. Mr.Vandersloot truly cares about wellness and humanity. He takes every opportunity to empower Melaleuca members. I can't wait to be a member again and also subscribe to their new roll out on Riverbend Ranch Black Label Steak! I trust this wellness company. They are not crooks. Everything is clear about meeting your 35 point monthly commitment. If you forget to place an order, they auto ship your selection of monthly products. No gimmicks, no BS. All the negative reviews are disgruntled people who truly did not listen to what being a member entails.

"charged a payment to my account"
They charged a payment to my account. I asked for a refund. They agreed for a $10 fee, that they would. They charged me the refund fee twice and I am yet to see the actual refund. First it was being put back in my account. Then when it didn’t show I was told it was never coming cause they don’t do that!?!? So now a check is suppose to come but it’s been a month and I’ve emailed and called and just get the run around. Don’t trust them! Bad company!
